I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join or client based in Normanton (WF6). Our client is a leading online retailer of specialist products within the UK and have been established for nearly 20 years.
The role will be support the online Customer Service function, you will be responsible to communicate with customer over the phone. You will process orders over the phone, processing refunds and making outbound calls to Customers who have enquired about theirproduct.
You will benefit from a salary of £21,953 Per Annum, with the hours of 8am-5pm on a Monday and Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm. You will also receive 31 days annual leave, free on site parking, casual dress code and a paid course to develop your knowledge of their products.
What exactly will you be doing in your new role?
- Processing orders and refunds/exchanges using internal systems
- Handling complaints and offering first time resolutions
- Responding to general enquiries about products
- Updating internal systems with accurate information at all times
Who are we looking for?
- Previous Customer Service experience within an office or call centre
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Quick to learn and be able to remain self-motivated
- Good time management skills and be organised at all times
- And be able to use various IT systems
How will you benefit?
- A basic salary of £21,953 Per Annum
- 31 days annual leave - rises with service up to 33.
- Monday hours 0800-1700 then Tuesday-Friday 0900-1700
