Cdm Advisor

A leading international Consultancy is looking for a motivated CDM Advisor with a background in H&S to join their team in Newark.

The CDM Advisor's role would suit a CDM professional who is starting up, and keen to learn and grow on their expertise.

The Consultancy is a hardworking organisation who pride themselves on quality services, but also looking after their employees.

You will experience hosted pay day drinks, quarterly lunches, social activities to name a few, and would suit a CDM Advisor who is seeking longevity and career development support in a successful company.

**The CDM Advisor's Role**
- Assist Senior CDM Consultant
- Provide H&S services on a variety of projects, including Retail, Residential and Industrial
- Occasionally carry out Construction Site Safety Inspections
- Liaising with the principal contractors regarding ongoing design work, identifying risks in design plans

**The CDM Advisor**
- 12 months + Health & Safety experience
- Ideally some knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
- Previous experience working in Construction, Commercial and Building Services is ideal
- NEBOSH, IOSH, APS or desire to gain these in the future
- Strong eagerness to learn CDM and Principal Designer services
