Leading digital organisation are looking to add a Business Analyst with strong business transformation experience their established team.

**Responsibilities / Skills**
- Work with programme/project managers and senior stakeholders to support the development of business strategies into tangible programmes of change.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the full business area domain and impact of the portfolio of change. Identify inter-dependencies within and across projects
- Lead sessions with senior stakeholders to ensure that requirements and root cause issues are understood and clearly documented.
- Lead and facilitate the prioritisation of requirements with senior stakeholders, acting as proxy Product Owner when required
- Ensure that requirements (both functional and non-functional) are accurately translated into solution designs
- Support the execution of solution testing and work with senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions are adopted and embedded.
- Support Programme and Project Managers in transformation activities, focusing on mapping the business architecture and leading on other analytical approaches
- Map and re-engineer end-to-end processes/customer journeys
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure appropriate acceptance criteria are agreed and new services are implemented seamlessly
- Actively manage the relationships with the business, technology and any 3rd parties within the scope of a programme/ project
- Play a leading role in maintaining, developing and promoting best practice methods for business analysis, mentoring junior colleagues and business and technology stakeholders
- Significant experience of working on significant, large scale, complex transformational change projects.
- Significant experience of defining and mapping business process domains and playing a role in the development of an appropriate business architecture.
- Significant experience in managing programme interdependencies within a complex portfolio of change
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to ensure that root cause issues are identified and captured.
- Strong facilitation skills, comfortable leading workshops, driving good process and ensuring business requirements are accurately captured.
- Good experience in working alongside both technical and business teams, including front, back office and finance teams, systems and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels, able to identify differing communication and influencing needs and to adapt accordingly.
