**This is definitely not a typical Front of House / Receptionist / Administrator role**

This is an**incredible opportunity** for a polished and professional, switched on, graduate calibre individual to join a dynamic and growing entrepreneurial firm with a media vibe, based in incredible new offices near Victoria as their **Front of House Business Assistant.**

As the **'Director of First Impressions’**, you will be key to providing exceptional levels of customer service to clients and visitors, you will assist with internal and external events and will be involved in all manner of office support suchas travel bookings, diary management, database maintenance, coordinating meetings and managing office supplies. We’re looking for someone with a **world class edge**, someone who has gravitas and a dynamic nature who wants an interesting, varied and challenging position.

This role could be suited to someone who has worked in high-end, client facing hospitality, who has experience of providing 5* service to clients and who will enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging office.

**No two days will be the same in this role** - you may be organising in-house and external events events (parties, themed seasonal events and socials), nipping out on ad hoc trips/errands, or meeting and greeting important clients.

**Key responsibilities as the Front of House Business Assistant will include**:

- Representing the brand - acting as’Director of First Impressions’
- Meeting and greeting all clients and guests
- Managing and organising meeting rooms
- Travel bookings
- Maintaining databases
- Working closely with the Head of Operations and the EA to the Founders as part of the Operations team
- Helping to coordinate in-house events - internal parties, themed seasonal events and socials etc
- Assisting with external events
- Ad hoc trips and errands
- And so much more
- Graduate or graduate calibre
- Previous Receptionist / Client Hospitality / Corporate Host or Business Support experience (ideally 6 months+)
- A confident and charismatic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
- A highly organised nature and the ability to multitask
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of and interest in retail would be advantageous
- A polished and presentable, professional appearance
- A team playing attitude
- The desire to work hard, progress and succeed

**Please note**:Hours are Mon - Fri 8am - 5.30pm.
