We have a permanent position available within our Customer Experience Team for a **Service Partner** to service machines at customer sites across Dartford and SE London. The role involves cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining vending and coffee machines while ensuring excellent customer service. This is a field-based role with company van provided. Full training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all machines.
- Replenish, merchandise, and maintain vending and coffee machines to drive sales.
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Conduct spot checks, audits, and support team members when required.
- Maintain company van, ensuring it is kept clean and in good condition.
- Manage time efficiently and work independently while being part of a wider team.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Customer-facing service experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Valid B1 driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Good geographical knowledge of South East London.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations with flexibility.

**Desirable**:

- Manual handling and health & safety training.
- Experience using smart phones or handheld devices.
- Food hygiene knowledge.

**What We Offer**:
