**The Role**
- You will spearhead the identification of best practice across several functions across the organisation, in terms of automation, analysis and process integrity of Cost Reporting and associated systems and metrics, to include:

- Report automation and continuous improvement
- Producing quality reporting and analysis on financial and operations metrics
- Providing analysis on cost improvement and productivity pipeline projects
- Preparing monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- BI and reporting tool power user
- Fixed/Var/SGA spending analysis
- Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on cost and profitability

**Requirements**:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Standard Costing - SAP preferable
- Complex manufacturing operations environment
- Demonstrable business analysis experience
- Business Information and data tools
- Very strong MS Excel skills

This role is office / factory based because of the manufacturing nature of the business.
