**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Help residents engage in social activities and maintain their independence
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions

**Skills**:

- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
- Experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Ability to drive may be advantageous for certain roles within the care home environment

**Location**: Various Care Homes (Across multiple locations)

**Contract Type**: Zero Hours Contract

**How to Apply**:

Pay: £11.44-£12.67 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 44 per week
