**Job Role Summary**

The BTR Leasing Executive role has been introduced as a natural stepping stone to becoming a field based leasing consultant in London’s leading BTR and Co Living Salesforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inbound enquiry handling, upselling, cross selling and matching applicants to their dream homes.
- Outbound calling to nurture and re-engage with your database.
- Qualifying and booking in-apartment viewings with suitable applicants.
- Support the leasing team to ensure all correct documentation is collated for each resident i.e. Right to Rent / Identification/Holding deposit/Parking info.
- Key all resident details into the system, always ensuring accuracy.
- Ensure you keep up to date with the market and competitor trends.
- Portal marketing updates, lead generation and lead qualification.
- Viewings - if required.

**What you will Have**

**Desirable**
- A minimum of 12 months experience within BTR, PBSA, Hospitality Sector or Customer Service lead role within a similar environment.
- Knowledge of Hubspot

**Essential**
- Excellent communication, admin, organizational and self-motivational skills.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
- Excellent rapport-building and team support skills.
- Flexibility to suit the needs of the role.

**Approach**
- Confident communicator and salesperson.
- Confidence, enthusiasm and strong dedication to the job and company.
- Ability to be resourceful and able to research, gather and distribute information as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies.
- Be well-presented and communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborative approach, proactive, curious and open minded to new ideas and work methods

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
