They will be based on a high‑end Build‑to‑Rent development in London. Overview Role: Resident Leasing Associate Location: SE London Salary: Up to £34,000 + bonus The Leasing Associate is responsible for carrying out viewings, organising the move‑in process, liaising with residents, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Carry out viewings with potential tenants. Organise move‑in paperwork. Front desk duties, including answering the phone and responding to email enquiries. Be the main point of contact for residents. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications Prior experience working in a similar role within BtR or Student Accommodation. Excellent customer service skills. Professional demeanour. Good verbal and telephone etiquette.
