We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take on the role of the Ward Clerk on our unit. The Medical Day Unit is a Day unit providing service for scheduled and drop in patients. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to the patients and family members, you will be working as part of a team to ensure patient and their families are dealt with professionally, empathetically and in a timely manner. You will need to have excellent customer care skills and experience and enjoy being busy and challenged on a daily basis. IT and data entry plays a vital part of this role so you will need to be an efficient administrator with proven reception, telephone experience and organizational skills.
