In this role, you will work as part of our customer engagement team, focusing on face-to-face interactions in various community and residential settings. Our campaigns aim to help customers navigate their utility options, offering guidance and solutions that can reduce their expenses and improve their service quality. This role is not related to digital marketing; it centers around in-person customer interactions and sales. You’ll receive comprehensive training to develop your communication, service, and sales skills, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers in person, explaining utility services and helping them find solutions tailored to their needs.
- Work collaboratively with your team to set up and manage promotional events in community hubs, residential neighborhoods, and other public areas.
- Provide friendly and informative customer service, ensuring all queries are addressed professionally and effectively.
- Achieve individual and team targets for customer acquisition and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.
- Track customer feedback and report findings to the management team to improve campaign strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions designed to enhance your skills in customer service, sales, and communication.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring that our company’s reputation is upheld during all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Applicants must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve set targets.
- No previous experience is necessary, but experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is advantageous.
