**ABOUT YOU**
We are looking for Customer Service Agents who are enthusiastic about customer service, with a genuine enjoyment of talking to people on the phone. If you are empathetic, an excellent listener, possess a passion for helping others and have a strong desire to grow and drive your career forward we want to hear from you Join our team and make a difference in our customers' lives.

**WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS DO**:

- Provide top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
- Understand our clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
- Update customer files with appropriate information in the multiple databases available, as required
