We are searching for someone who is academically driven, who is extremely organised, efficient and someone who can multi-task. You will be working in a variety of roles to manage the administration on a day-to-day basis to help the company run more smoothly.

**The ideal person, should be able to do the following**:

- Invoicing
- Collecting, opening, and dealing with letters
- Gathering Meter readings
- Check in/Check out Inventories
- Answering and booking in enquiries/Viewings
- Hold viewings
- General property maintenance (Booking in and chasing to complete the jobs)
- Keep up to date with current legislation with housing
- Organise cleaning for communal hallways and end of tenancies
- On occasion, you may be asked to run personal errands for the directors
- Keep office phone for out of hours issues
- Be capable of using EXCEL and WORD.
- Advertising properties on Zoopla, Open rent and Spare rooms (Training given)
- Keep up to date with property certification (Gas/Electric, EPC, property licensing etc)

We are not expecting you to know about property management as this training will be given. But experience within an administrative role **IS mandatory** and references will be requested from current or previous employers.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
