I am actively recruiting an administrator, working in the installations department for my client based in Bingley - an immediate start is available This role is initially for a period of 1 month initially but maybe extended beyond that.

Duties include:
- Manually processing installer invoices in SAP.
- Raising Purchase orders and sending to Accounts Payable team for them to process payments.
- Scanning invoices.
- Handling client requests with installers, store managers, store colleagues and area installation managers.

**Skills**:

- Requiring professional communication in your written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work calmly and flexibly under pressure
- Problem solving attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- You may be required to work on your own initiative
- Experience of SAP would be an advantage but training can be provided.

Working full time hours, Monday to Thursday (8:30 till 17:00) and 08:30 till 16:00 on a Friday. Flexible for a 9am start if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: £10.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bingley, BD16 2EE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
- Processing invoices: 1 year (preferred)
- Raising Purchase Orders: 1 year (preferred)
