**Job Overview**
The Administrator will be responsible for updating and maintaining the production plan records, and assisting with financial documentation.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate with suppliers and keep departments updated.
- Utilise computerised systems to maintain and update records efficiently.
- Provide support for basic financial tracking and reporting.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial.
Pay: £20,036.00-£21,338.00 per year
