**Job Purpose**
To have a visionary creative director setting the creative direction for ASL, capable of leading and setting standards for the creative team. Ensuring the output to our clients is both market leading and consistently of a high standard. To have new ideas and be part of the NBD pitch team. To be responsible for ASL’s branding and image
**Key Responsibilities**
- To work with account teams to generate ideas and produce decks for client presentations
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with latest design techniques
- Create and implement creative plans for major contracts
- Shape ASL’s brand and standards. Create procedures to ensure all materials are brand appropriate
- Work with and direct the creative team to ensure output is of a consistently high standard
- Work with senior team to strategize company materials.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan output to the market and specific campaigns
- Keep the internal company aware of latest output and materials
- Manage and lead the creative team
- Supervise departments daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Be comfortable with clients and capable of attending meetings and advising on issues
- Be part of company pitch team and presenting creative capabilities at new business meetings
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
**Requirements**:
- BA in art, graphic design, Product design, marketing or similar fields
- Product design knowledge
- Experience in managing global team
- Understanding of digital and experience with web, social and emerging technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have understanding of promotional, POS & Print
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker
