We're recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to join our expanding Camberley team. You will spend one day based in our Eastleigh office and two days per week supporting the packages that you oversee. Administrative work will be completed over the remaining two days from your packages.

Supporting and supervising a team of staff across a group of supported and outreach living services. Providing the very best support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a varied role consisting of completing supervisions, audits and other duties relating to directing and supporting new and existing members of the team. You will also be required to spend two days supporting our services. This role requires the holder to oversee a number of clients.

Ability to plan, develop, monitor and effectively evaluate service delivery and care packages.

Ability to respond to Service Users / demands of service delivery in a flexible manner and organise out of hours rota system.

Driving licence and own car.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,122.00-£23,600.00 per year
