Due to continued expansion, we are looking for our next Field Care Supervisor to join our award winning team.
Our Field Care Supervisors play a vital role by supervising the team to achieve high standards of care, and enhancing the quality of care we provide to all our clients through effective compliance management.
**Salary & Remuneration**
This position comes with a salary of between £27,000 - £28,500 per year depending on experience. Expenses and mileage are paid in addition.
**Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Field Care Supervisor**:
Like everyone in the Radfield Home Care team, our Field Care Supervisors are supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The primary responsibilities for this role are:
- Review and assess the work of our care professionals and provide feedback for training and development.
- Provide hands-on care and support when needed.
- Visiting clients to assess needs and consult with individuals and families to make informed decisions.
- Liaise with local practitioners to source equipment or treatment for our clients where needed
- Sourcing and arranging replacement staff in the event of sickness.
- Contribute to the timely production and distribution of staff weekly rotas
- This role is split between the office and the community.
**Hours of work**:
This position will be on a full-time basis and will be split between remote working and office based. The working hours will equate to 37.5 hours per week, which will comprise of office based duties, remote working and on-call as part of a rota with other staff.
The working days will be Monday to Friday, with some weekend responsibilities as part of the on-call rota.
**What type of person would suit this role?**
We are looking for someone someone who loves working with people, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.
You’ll need to have previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency either as a Care Worker (with NVQ 3 HSC or equivalent), Senior Carer or at Supervisory/Team Leader level. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
