Our client is leading business based in Oxfordshire. They are a global destination specialising in luxury experiences. Due to years of success, they are looking to grow their team with the addition of a new Senior Concierge to join the Client Services team.This is a great opportunity with huge benefits for those with excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Be the face of the business
- Organise team rota
- Suggesting and implementing ideas and initiatives to improve business ensure excellent standards of client service
- Proactively building relationships with departments and brands.
- Have strong knowledge across all brands to ensure a luxury service
- Resolve customer issues
- Administrative duties including cash handling
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Remain up to date with all upcoming events or offers
- Ensure active and polite communication

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or Tourism is ideal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills - particularly with international visitors.
- Excellent communicator - additional languages are desirable but not required.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Friendly approach and passion for Hospitality.
- Computer literate.
