We have an exciting opportunity
We are looking for a remarkable, motivated individual to join our friendly Dual Diagnosis team as a **_Support Worker_**
Your role will be to provide high quality support to individuals with a dual diagnosis helping shape the service to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Your approach to supporting people will be recovery focused enabling people to make lasting changes and achieve their personal goals. You will have a creative attitude to your work and possess the skills to build positive therapeutic relationships.
As this service is delivered across Kirklees **you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes, or eligible for the disability confidence scheme.**
