We are recruiting for two **Support Workers **to join our lovely team on a **part-time, permanent (hours available Monday - Sunday) **basis based in the **Wakefiled area.** In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£13.00 per hour Mon - Fri, and £14.00 per hour Sat & Sun.**

We are extremely proud to offer very distinct and specialised case management services for adults and children recovering from an acquired / traumatic brain injury, spinal or catastrophic injuries and associated disabilities or conditions.

**The Support Worker Role**:
We are recruiting for 2 support workers to work with a client who is 9 years of age who has epilepsy, global developmental delay, autism and adhd.

The client lives in the Wakefield area.

The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, activities of daily living and recreational activities, and empowering him to be as independent as possible. The client requires complex support in his day to day needs.

**What we are looking for in our Support Worker**:

- We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualised support
- Previous care experience with children is preferred
- Staff must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client
- The role will require some flexibility but will be predominantly Monday - Sunday
- Applicants must be proactive, patient and organized and have a calm and confident demeanor
- The successful applicant will receive full training for this role, input from Therapists and regular supervision by Case Manager
- Driver with full UK License essential
