**The Role - Supervisor**

We’re on the lookout for a **passionate and energetic Bar Supervisor** who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences and leads by example. You’ll be hands-on, confident on both bar and floor, and keen to support the management team with day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented team leader with food-led pub experience, looking to develop their career within a dynamic and growing group.

**What You’ll Need**
- Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A real passion for customer service and genuine engagement
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Confidence with venue opening and closing procedures
- A positive, can-do attitude and a love of working in a team
