**Full Job Description**

**Accounts Assistant**

**What will your role look like?**
- Generating the companies sales invoices from the CRM and workflow management programmes
- Liaising with customers regarding prompt payment of general accounts receivable queries
- Prevantative debt chasing
- Primary Accounts Payable contact including supplier invoice data entry and compiling supplier payment runs
- Staff expenses processing
- Correcting misallocated expenditure
- Producing financial reports as and when required
- To generally assist with all other accounts related activities where necessary

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
