Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a large organisation to find an internal Communications Business Partner.

**Internal Communications Business Partner**

**Location**: Durrington, Worthing - Hybrid working (approx 2 days in the office)

**Permanent**

**Hours**: 37 hrs

**Salary**: Up to £51,500 based on experience

As a key member of the internal communications team, you'll be the link between the corporate objectives and programmes and how the company engage with their operational and frontline teams. You'll understand that corporate channels don't work, and you'll be ready to get involved with creating an approach that really hits the mark and reaches colleagues where 24/7 operations is the norm, and desks just don't figure in the equation.

You'll also work alongside the Head of Health and Safety to build the safety-first culture.

**Requirements**:

- To be successful you'll be able to translate content into a wide range of styles and channels to reach a geographically spread operational team.
- You'll know how to use and create channels that have both reach and impact.
- You'll be able to think and plan 'big picture' and then translate into practical actions and outcomes.
- You'll also be super organised, collaborative with stand-out writing skills.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management.

For this role you will be required to travel and be out in the field visiting sites across Kent and Sussex.
