A major essential services infrastructure provider has an exciting opportunity for a **Communications Business Partner** to join their team in Sussex.
The business has recently secured a large investment and is in the process of undergoing significant change to improve their delivery and environmental output.

This position is new and will be a hybrid role with an expectation that the Communications Business Partner will be in the office twice a week. Contracted at 37 hours per week.

**The Role**
- The Communications Business Partner will be a key member of the internal communications team and your line manager will be the Director of Communications.
- You will be the link between the company's corporate objectives & programmes and how they engage with their operational and frontline teams.
- You will be involved in the creation of a communication approach which really hits the mark and reaches colleagues where 24/7 operations is the norm.
- The Communications Business Partner will work alongside the Head of Health & Safety and their team to build a safety-first culture and cascading this ethos to the rest of the company.

**Skills and experience required**
- The Communications Business Partner will be able to translate content into a wide range of styles and channels to reach a geographically spread operational team.
- You will have stand-out writing skills, with the ability to follow a brief and create copy which appeals to the wider teams.
- You will know how to use and create channels that have both reach and impact
- You will be comfortable working alongside a senior team, you'll think and plan 'Big Picture' and then translate this into practical actions and outcomes.
- You will have had experience working within the Internal Communication space.
- The Communications Business Partner will be organised and collaborative.
