Venn Group is working with a highly prestigious University that is seeking two Project Managers and one Project Manager to join their Portfolio directorate with a particular focus in delivering Infrastructure projects for one position and Cloud projectsfor the other. These roles are based at the university’s IT Service Centre which is situated in Cornwall, offering hybrid working.
- Defining, documenting and successfully delivering IT projects across the university
- Managing a variety of projects ranging from the migration of services to Azure and the delivery of a new data centre to a wide range of security projects
- Ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders including technical and operational staff, as well as third parties
- Managing expectations of all project stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective planning, delivery and communications
- Project managing the full life cycle of IT procurement activities including tender development, evaluation, shortlisting, supplier selection and contract negotiation
- Experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering IT projects - Cloud or Infrastructure focused projects would be desirable
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence, motivate and inspire others

**Salary**:£37,500 - £45,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus + excellent benefits

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Location**: Remote / Cornwall (on-site once a week)
