**NPI Project Manager**

One of the UK's leading specialist engineering companies are looking to bring on a methodical and innovative individual to join them as a NPI Project Manager (New Product Innovation). As a Project Manager, you will put together detailed resource and financialplans, track outstanding work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to your project team, as well as managing and identifying any potential risks.

In this position, you will build sustainability into the organisations NPI activities, ensure collaboration across the global network with both suppliers and colleagues and be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive continuously improving environment.

**Your Role with Us**:

- End-to-end project management, from the initiation, to delivery, to its completion
- Carrying out robust project planning - this will include setting team goals and project objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks in accordance with the needs of the business
- Leading and motivating your project team
- Identifying and managing risks through proactive mitigation
- Monitoring delivery of projects to time, cost and quality
- Reporting to Senior Management on project delivery and team performance ensuring that project deadlines and deliverables are met for product launch
