**Customer Service Executive**
The Endorphins Group is a business that exists to offer services that move moods by triggering endorphins to make our customers feel happy and healthy.
These services are extremely broad and varied and they include community-based groups for children with SEND, 121 support for Adults who are looking to get back into work and group-based sessions focusing on wellness and healthy living.
The Endorphins Group is looking to bring onboard a Customer Service Executive who will be able to help our wonderful customers and participants.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and who has got a great eye for detail. We will need this person to help coordinate bookings for our sessions, complete paperwork and help with communicating out messages to parents and carers of the children who will be attending our sessions.
This person will also be required to complete reports and communicate the results out to their colleagues and wider team.
**Essential skills, experience and qualifications**
- Proficiency in MS Office in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable navigating around websites
- Detail-focused and comfortable with trying new things
- Flexibility to taking on varied tasks that may need to be completed
- Good written and spoken communication skills and happy to speak with customers over the phone.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to work to set deadlines
- Comfortable with suggesting improvements when managing processes
**Additional Information**
The role is 30 hours per week (split over 5 days).
Please note that we do require flexibility and during busy times for the business there will be overtime on offer.
