We are looking for someone to design and implement a sales strategy to help achieveour goal of extensive growth all over the UK. Founded in 2017, iRock School of Music inspire thousands of children every week We send passionate musicians into primary schools to teach children aged 4-11 how to be in a rock band **Key Objectives** - Design, implement and manage an ambitious sales strategy that will meet company growth targets. - Motivate and grow a sales team to deliver their expected targets - Create and monitor sales processes - Create and deliver a sales training programme for new and existing staff **What the company are looking for** - An experienced leader who can take our business to the next level - Someone with extensive experience in a digitally enabled business - Someone who is confident at leading a sales team, deliver effective training and can manage a team of at least 10 people - Someone who is motivated by working in a fast-paced environment - A person with sales experience within the education sector is desired but not required This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Head of Sales who wants to help a small company take their growth to the next level.
