Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with an award-winning Client in Rickmansworth who are on the look out for a Part Time Accounts Administrator.

The role is based within the office 5 days a week and would be ideal for local working parents who would like to find an opportunity working around school hours.

**Overview of duties**:

- Processing supplier invoices including printing, receipting and allocation
- Working closely with purchase ledger to match invoices and reconciliation of statements
- Assisting with client queries
- Preparing BACS payments
- Employee expenses
- Statement reconciliation
- Providing all additional support to the finance team
- A can do attitude with a high level of motivation
- Strong IT skills including the use of Excel
- Confidence with use of IT Systems (training will be provided)
- Previous experience within an Accounts Administration role is desired
