As a Product lifecycle Management Process Leader, you will lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to an overall OFE program of change.
As a Product lifecycle Management Process Leader, you will be responsible for:
- developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs.
- Managing budgets and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
- Managing resources and budgets across the product companies and internal cross functional functions such as Digital Technology
- Managing schedule, budget, and tollgate process for new programs, requisition, or sustaining programs. Influences the programs to meet customer KPI's
- Being considered a senior and skilled practitioner. Works on complex technological solutions
- Presenting product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders across the product line and beyond
- Providing inputs and influences decisions within own discipline and area. Involved in complex decision making, sometimes with external parties.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Have significant experience in program management
- Have significant experience in Product Management, Product Development Manufacturing Engineering or Service Operations
- Be able to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the Product Lifecycle from Concept through to Decommissioning.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar level role
- Have demonstrated product management expertise
