They produce high quality products and are looking for someone to step in to maintain and improve their customer service. Based in **Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes** they have parking on site with the potential for the right person to also work hybrid in managing the business operations, with good progression opportunities.

**Description**

As **Customer Service Advisor - Account Manager**, your duties will include:

- Answering the phone
- Completing and following orders through from sale to delivery.
- Checking quality control of production of jobs to ensure they are completed to the specification of the customer.
- Calculating and quoting prices to clients and following up on quotes to clients for feedback.
- Ensuring all client specifications are up to date to enable correct deliveries to be made.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Profile**

The successful **Customer Service Advisor - Account Manager** will have:

- Prior account management, operations, sales or customer service experience in a B2B setting ideally
- Great communication
- Good IT skills
- Well organised and able to multi-task
- Able to work to deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Self motivated
