Together with our development team in India, we’ve become the UK’s largest provider of online criminal background checks (known as DBS checks), providing our clients with pain free and efficient platform.

Unique to our sector, however, we not only provide the platform to facilitate these checks, but also develop bespoke software and services for thousands of highly satisfied clients.

**The Customer Service Advisor**

Our Customer Service Advisors are an essential part of Atlantic Data, and act as our voice by providing accurate guidance and support to thousands of customers across the UK.

The vast range of queries will keep you on your toes, meaning the role is kept fresh and interesting.

We expect our advisors to be polite, courteous, and deliver a first class customer service experience to our clients. Just as important, however, is that our team support each other by offering guidance and best practice tips, and the encouragement to succeed.

We look for our Customer Service Advisors to be able to:

- analyse information and identify appropriate solutions
- focus on the customer, listening and responding appropriately
- communicate using positive and supportive language
- clearly express ideas, both verbally and written
- pre-empt the customer’s next step and advise accordingly
- appropriately prioritise your tasks and responsibilities
- form and maintain positive working-relationships
- take ownership of tasks from start to conclusion

Along with having experience of:

- delivering a friendly and professional style of customer service
- producing clear, friendly and professionally written communications
- using CRM software.

**Last but not least**

If successful, you’ll receive:

- a competitive salary, up to £22,000.00 depending on experience
