**Who are we looking for?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team of employer engagement specialists thatwill play a critical role in developing the college’s role in supporting the training and development needs of our local business community and increasing opportunitiesfor our learners.

Your role will be to engage and develop business relationships with a range of new and existing employers, in order to expand our Apprenticeship and Work placement offer.

You must be able to build strong and positive relationships with customers using a range of skills and look for innovative and exciting opportunities to promote the College and bring in new business.

This post would suit a graduate looking to develop their skills in employer engagement, sales and account management with business.You should also be able to interpret market data and have excellent presentation skills, be tenacious and able to influencesales decisions.
