**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing online mirror retailer based on Altrincham Business Park. Operating in a casual environment, our small but mighty team is at the forefront of the mirror retail industry in the UK. As we continue to expand, we are excited to introduce a new role to our team that focuses on influencer outreach.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with influencers across Instagram and TikTok.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer partnerships to ensure they align with our brand and business objectives.
- **Analysis**: Analyse data to determine which influencers are the best fit for our brand and offer the most value.
- **Role Development**: As this is a relatively new role, you will have the opportunity to shape and define its trajectory. As we grow, there's potential for you to build out a dedicated influencer outreach team.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends and celebrities on social media platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest and understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Familiarity with social media celebrities and influencers.
- Experience in influencer outreach is a plus, but not necessary.
- Must be well-organised, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
