**Company Description**

Are you drained from having to work all week for only 2 days’ rest, would you like to work for only 50% of the year but gain a full annual salary with vastly more options available to gain overtime, how would you like to be able to book only 4 days holidaybut actually go away for 12 days straight?

As a Customer Service Administrator you will co-ordinate front-line response to deliveries, deal with problems and customer requests, liaise with other operational teams and be able to fulfill all office functions, supporting the CS Manager whenever necessary.

**Salary**: £23,072 per annum

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days 6am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders when required
- Adding charges to the manual charge spreadsheet
- Chasing up Returns/Uplifts
- Chasing Subcontractors for in/out times
- Contacting depots, rebooking of orders and tracking of loads
- Liaising with and co-ordinating internal teams (eg. transport planners and account managers)
- Closing open KPIs and investigating PODs
- Any other tasks that are deemed necessary

**Qualifications**
- Highest standards of Customer Service
- Keenly reactive
- Tenacity and diligence in following problems through to closure
- Numerate and literate, and competent with computers (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Highly organized, efficient and able to work effectively under pressure
- Flexible and co-operative: a desire to please
- Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
