Our **Telford** site are now recruiting for a **Customer Service Administrator **on a** full time, permanent **basis.

Salary**:£23,010.84 per annum

Working hours: Days - Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30

**Job Description**:
The purpose of a Customer Service Administrator is to Co-ordinate front line response to deliveries, deal with problems and customer requests, liaise with other operational teams and be able to fulfil all office functions, supporting the Customer Service Manager whenever necessary.

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator:

- Opening Loads out / Software / checking fridge sweep
- Reporting Shortages from assigned loads out (if no shortages pre-reported)
- Reporting Shortages from assigned loads out (if shortages pre-reported)
- Entering delivery times for Assigned loads
- Chasing EPODS
- Checking Proof of Deliveries + reporting rejections (MMT POD / EPODS / Cam scanner)
- Chasing any missing PODS with drivers
- Issuing investigations to the warehouse
- Escalating issues for investigations / adding to handover
- Return to customer tracker updates
- Rebooking loads with the depots / instructions from Senior team
- Filing manifests and GI paperwork
- Phone calls

**Qualifications**:

- Confident in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Planning and organising skills
- Customer service driven.
- IT Skills
- Working as part of a team
