The London Fire Door Company have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator / Trainee Estimator to join a leading company based in gravesend.

You will be joining a friendly, hard-working team, and will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the business, and be a valued, key member of staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as first point of contact for estimating once trained
- Dealing with day to day enquiries from clients.
- Preparing pricing documents
- Reading drawings and specifications to quote from
- Raising quotes from engineers inspection reports
- Taking phone calls
- Maintaining existing and building new customer relationships
- Strong administration skills
- Previous experience with estimating
- Organised, efficient and self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Experience with producing quotes, Working with outlook, word, excel
- Must be IT confident with the ability to use new software easily
- Previous experience or knowledge of construction / fire safety
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when required

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
