Esourcing Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced procurement eSourcing Specialist to join the Strategic Procurement, Operations, Source to Contract team Services in a Global Leading bank in their Sheffield office under a 9-months rolling contract.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Providing support to the Strategic Procurement Services function in the execution of Source to Contract services under the leadership of the Global Head of Source to Contract.
- Delivering the Strategic Procurement Services eAuction pipeline, assisting SPS to drive opportunities and enhanced value benefits for the Global Businesses/Global Functions.
- Sharing eSourcing strategic best practices and provision of training to upskill eSourcing and eAuction capability and use across the SPS team.
- Creating and ensuring ongoing maintenance of a suite of eSourcing and eAuction templates within the Coupa suite.
- Developing and maintaining related Source to Contract policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Providing Management Information to support oversight of global Strategic Procurement Services Sourcing Performance.
- Often working under the guidance of the Source to Contract eSourcing Manager.

**Requirement**:

- Financial services experience
- Experience of various Source to Contract Procurement toolsets, Coupa preferred
- Knowledge and experience of eSourcing and eAuction strategic best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
