Esourcing Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced eSourcing Manager to join a Global Leading Bank's Sheffield Office, on a 9-months rolling contract. The role will join the Strategic Procurement Services (SPS), Operations, Source to Contract team.
**Tasks & Responsibilities (including but not exclusive to)**:

- Delivering strategic support to the Strategic Procurement Services function in the execution of Source to Contract services under the leadership of the Global Head of Source to Contract.
- Owning and delivering the SPS eAuction pipeline, assisting SPS to drive opportunities and enhanced value benefits for the Global Businesses/Global Functions.
- Sharing and driving eSourcing strategic best practices - imparting knowledge, enhancing team capability and driving eSourcing and eAuction use across the SPS team.
- Creating and ensuring ongoing maintenance of a suite of eSourcing and eAuction templates within the Coupa suite.
- Developing and maintaining related Source to Contract policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Ensuring Performance Metrics are met by proactively identifying performance issues and opportunities and developing effective plans to mitigate issues/utilise opportunities when they arise.
- Providing MI to support oversight of global Strategic Procurement Services Sourcing Performance.
- Monitoring delivery across all related Source to Contract processes to ensure consistency, identifies signs of change and subsequently implements effective changes as required to ensure delivery and performance are maintained.
- Working directly with and leading Source to Contract specialist(s) as the eSourcing capability grows within the function.

**Requirements**:

- Financial services experience and good understanding of financial regulatory requirements, (preferred).
- Experience of various Source to Contract Procurement toolsets, Coupa preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of eSourcing and eAuction strategic best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
