**Do you have a CIPD level 3 qualification?**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Ramsgate for a HR Assistant to work for one of our clients who is a market leader in their field.

In this role you would be working either full time or part time, our client is offering a minimum hours 25 hours and a maximum 37.5 hours, with a salary of £28,000 pro rata.

**As the HR Assistant your responsibilities would include**:

- Carry out administration relating to the employee life cycle
- Process personal and sensitive employee information
- Maintain data accuracy within the HR systems ensuring all information is up to date
- Assist with managing the Staff Training Matrix
- Assist with HR enquiries
- Other administrative tasks as required
**Person Specification**:

- Min 5 GCSEs or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organisation, and computer skills
- Good attention to detail, who doesn’t mind doing the everyday stuff.
- Understands recruitment procedure
- Understanding of an exit procedure
- Experience in a HR Assistant role
- Ability to cope under pressure
- A pro-active approach to the job with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to drive
- Flexible
