We have a fantastic HR Assistant role based in Ramsgate that will support the HR Manager in the ongoing development of the HR function to ensure compliance with all people related processes through an understanding of the departmental business objectives.

Ideally CIPD Level 3 or above, strong communication and superb administration skills to include proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Accuracy and attention to detail with a confidential approach to all HR related matters.

You will have knowledge of standard HR processes, ability to follow processes, have experience of the recruitment procedure and onboarding of staff, experience of producing HR related documents such as offer letters, contracts and experience of updating policies.
