Trainee Technical IT Security Pre-Sales Consultant
£40,000 - £45,000 + Usual Benefits
Leapfrog your peers to a career in IT Security Technical Consulting where you'll undergo mentoring from the Head of Consulting and shadow Senior Consultant and get accredited IT Security product certification to enable you to quickly become a trusted advisoras a Technical Consultant and Technical Pre-Sales Consultant. This is a client-facing role working with customers and technology partners to help clients meet their IT Security requirements. Such a role will lead to longer-term career options as a Senior Pre-SalesEngineer/Consultant, Senior Professional Services Consultant, or Solutions Architect.
The office is London (City) based and the role offers you the flexibility to work from home for 1-2 days of the week when not visiting clients. The company has a fantastic team ethic and offers exposure to cutting-edge IT Security projects both pre and post-saleswhere you will continually be refining and honing your technical skills.
To be considered you MUST have at least 3-5 years of professional IT Infrastructure Server-Side Support experience with good working troubleshooting experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, SSL/TLS, OSI, DHCP, LAN / WAN networking or even customerexperience perhaps as an engineer. You must have clear confident communication skills where you can articulate technical concepts to non-technical people and have the confidence to give presentations of technical solutions and product demonstrations to partnersand end-user clients.
