This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Algar Lodge Farm Shop and Café. We are a family-run business that has been open since November 2020 and we have been growing ever since. We are a large farm shop filled with a variety of local and artisan produce, with an in-house deli, butchery, Café, and bakery products either handmade in-house or by loved and trusted Kent producers.

We are seeking a self-motivated, friendly, enthusiastic individual to work in our Café as a **full-time** **Supervisor** with a passion for quality food and beverages and delivering excellent customer service.

**Please note this is a hands on supervisory role and will include all aspects of a Café assistant role too** **(welcoming customers, placing orders on the till, making beverages, taking food to tables and clearing tables)**

**The role**:

- Oversee daily operations in the Café
- Manage and train Café staff
- Provide guidance and support where needed
- Ensure high-quality food and beverages are consistently delivered to customers
- Monitor stock levels and create orders when needed
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- To ensure the Café remains clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain organisation of the Café and your team
- To take pride in everything you and your team do
- To be passionate about providing a great experience for customers

**Experience in a similar role is essential.**

**This position is full-time (5 days a week). Shifts will include weekdays and a minimum of 2 weekends a month.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
