As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and service. You will have the opportunity to resolve customer inquiries, provide information on our products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Documenting sales activities: Agents are required to maintain accurate records of sales activities and the actions taken to close deals.
- Meeting sales targets: Agents must achieve specific sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintaining professionalism: Agents must maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, even when dealing with difficult customers.
- Pitching products or services: Agents must have a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the organisation and effectively pitch them to potential customers.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Managing customer inquiries: Agents are responsible for managing customer inquiries through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
- Providing product and service information.

**Salary**: £19,077.00-£21,106.00 per year
