**Mon-Fri 9am -5pm (no weekend working, unless in emergency)**

We're looking for a Regional Care Trainer to join us at Lotus Home Care. Travel will be required to our branches in the region.

**The Regional Care Trainer job objectives and responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the training manager daily
- Travel to different branches to deliver training to staff
- Experience within the Domiciliary sector for at least 1 year
- Health and Social care Level 3 NVQ
- Train the trainer qualification in moving and handling classroom setting.
- Good knowledge with IT
- Be confident to deliver training to staff in a classroom environment
- Driving licence and own vehicle is essential
- Business insurance for your car (or be willing to obtain this)
- Able to do on call duties and every other weekend to cover any sickness
