We are looking to hire a qualified Health and Social Care Trainer,

You will already possess the ability to deliver a suite of Health and Social Care Training courses, with the willingness to expand your skill set

Being fully flexible with hours and travel, in return we offer excellent remunerations,

You will be a Freelance Trainer, delivering a variety of Health, Safety and Social care courses (nationwide) in line with our materials, policies and procedures, you must have up-to-date, relevant qualifications and be passionate about your work.
- Have 3+ years in the Health and Social Care industry
- Have the willingness to learn/develop their skills
- Be certificated in relevant courses
- Hold an AET level 3 or above
- Be self-starting and motivated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be resourceful/innovative
- Have proficient ICT skills
- Your own equipment
- Full UK driver’s license
- The ability to manage their diary
- Communicate issues with delegates or venues back to safety training in an agreed fashion
- To ensure all admin tasks are completed within an agreed timescale
- Attend team meetings, whether virtual or face-to-face, to discuss progression, feedback and standardisation/IQA processes
- Maintain a professional image and high standards of personal integrity at all times
- Ensure you are well prepared

**Salary: OTE Uncapped**

**Income is based upon individual training rather than a set rate as a freelancer and dependant on delivery of a course, paid 1 month in arrears.**
