We are looking for outstanding Deputy Nursery Managers to maintain and uphold our outstanding rating, where we proudly hold a high calibre of staff, in order to provide the highest quality of care for the children and their families we work in close partnershipwith.

We are looking for strong, passionate and qualified Deputy Managers for both our branches, where we are offering a generous salary. The Deputy Manager must have high levels of enthusiasm and people skills to lead and support our Blue Butterfly Montessorifamily.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
The Deputy Manager will work alongside the Manager and assist them in managing the day to day operations of the Room and Nursery, so teamwork and being able to take direction is vital.
- To effectively lead and manage the staff team, within childcare and maintenance staff.
- To ensure all policies, procedures, curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all times.
- To oversee planning in rooms and support where necessary.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience of working with children.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 3 or above).
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Welfare Requirements.
