The post holders will work closely with the Deputy Service Manager. Role Overview The post holder will apply expert knowledge of patient pathway and administrative procedures to provide supervision and leadership in the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient service for the multidisciplinary team and patients, with a focus on delivering a positive experience and excellent customer service.
