**Salary: £40K-45K (up to £50K for the senior role)**

**Location: Remote**

**Contracted Hours: Flexible, 7.5 hours a day with core hours of 10am-3.30pm**

We are working with a fantastic company who are market leaders within e-learning and compliance. They are operating across a variety of countries and are particularly growing within the German market.

They are looking for a German speaking project manager to oversee a multiple range of projects for clients in the DACH region, which includes a variety of huge global brands.

**The role**
- Planning and implementing solutions on projects for clients in the DACH region
- Ensuring that these plans and solutions are all met within the deadlines and to budget
- Building relationships with the clients and understanding their requirements
- Dealing with crisis management and providing a solution to the problem
- Providing first call resolution for complaints wherever possible
- Negotiating budgets and making decisions around the project
- Analysing program tools and methods, to see how these can be improved

**The ideal person for this role**
- 1-2 years experience in a project management role (5+ years for the senior position)
- Diligent and reliable - this is a fast paced role
- Experience in working on internal projects
- For the senior position, experience with agency or client facing internal roles
- A proven track record in project management
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- For the senior role, you will ideally have experience in mentoring/coaching others
